The structure of the cabin is realized in steel plate with a strong thickness and with electric-weld structural shape for support, carefully double hand-painted in GREY RAL 7032 and YELLOW RAL 1028.
Ample counter for inspection of the dimension of about 830 x 1230 mm, situated on the forehead side of the cabin; this counter is necessary to forward the necessary maintenance operation of the pistols; this counter is provided with a window and lateral opening on the right (160 x 900 h mm) in order to have the possibility to sand-blast in manual mode; this window is duly closed with soft anti-abrasive rubber.
Internal back wall of the box, protect against the abrasive actions by covering anti-abrasive rubber.
Lateral opening of 85 mm each on the right, on the left and on the top of the cabin, used for the passage of the glass plates.
Reading glass sensor positioned on the internal rack for the automatic start and stop of sandblast cycle.
The glass plate that has to undergo the treatment, will be positioned on a motored transporting belt which is lodged in a (polizene) guide, opportunely protect in sandblasting zone.
- To avoid the abrasive discharge, the belt, before coming out, is blown automatically.
The feed box, positioned underneath the cabin, thanks to its inclined position permits a good slippery quality of the abrasive that can be recycled in the pistols for new utilization.
- SPRAY GUNS:
The sandblasting machine is equipped with n° 2 (two) automatic
spray guns and n° 1 (one) manual spray gun with trigger, with
aerodynamic shape, studied and realized by ALFEMA, permits to
have an height capacity of air-abrasive mixture and consequently a
wide spraying surface that ensure an excellent sand-blasting rapidity.
Each gun is equipped with special parts (self priming) located in the
hopper of the sandblasting box that contains the abrasive, and can
be excluded by the sphere valves installed on the air collector.
It is possible to adjust the sandblast pressure in a range that goes from 2 to 10 bars, by acting on the apposite pressure regulator gauge which is placed on the pneumatic manifold provided with the visualizer pressure gauge.
The handling of the spray guns is made by a robot, placed on the outside frontal part of the box, with numerical control, adjustable in height, and advance speed of up and down.
EXTERNAL RACKS:
Number 2 external racks, one on the right and one on the left, with relative support for the charge and discharge of the glass plates with a certain inclination, on a loom made in warmth zinc-coated structure, the loom has also rubber anti-trace wheels assembled at a suitable distance.

The rack for the exit of the glass plates is equipped with a micro limit switch device that prevents from turnover and fall with the possibility of exclusion..

ELECTRICAL PANEL:
The switchboard is installed on the outside lateral part of
the sand-blasting cabin, it contains all keyboards and relative
displays necessary for the easy and fast programming of the work
The switchboard is wired to norms with auxiliary 24 Volt circuit
MULTIPROGRAM SYSTEM:
New PLC with a single keyboard on display, in addition to the
standard functions of the machine allows the storage of 100
programs blasting. Easy to use with all the command options to always appear on
the panel. Machine status, parameters, outputs, manual controls,
diagnostics. Ability to save with a name up to 100 programs work
easily retrievable at a later time. Ability to perform up to a
maximum of 15 vertical windows on the same sheet of glass.
FUNCTIONS:
The sandblasting machines model S/2V allow of realizing numerous type of sandblast on glass, thanks to the possibility of varying and keep easily, through the control panel, the sandblast pressure, the advance speed of the conveyor and the speed of up and down of the robot with the spray guns.
Type of sandblast: LIGHT, NORMAL, INCISION;
Is possible also, in automatic, performing a partial sandblast in horizontal of the glass, thanks to the WINDOW operation; is possible sand for example, only the central band of the glass leaving the lower and superior part of the glass transparency. Important the transparency part must be covered during the sandblast operation.
Is possible also, in automatic performing an sandblast with advance of conveyor step by step thanks to the STEP operation. This operation is useful especially on the case that you must advance more slowly – incision of the glass.
CYCLONE FROM 900 MT3 /H:
Fit separator cyclone to the transport and selection of the abrasive
by the sandblast box with mailing to the filtering system for centrifugal
force. It allows of recovering the still good abrasive that comes crop
from the aspirator.
AIR DUST COLLECTOR:
Automatic air dust collector for the dejection of the dust cloud of
sandblast picked up by n° 1 filtering cartridge.
The compact dust-exhaustion of the DCL branch, are the best and
suitable solution for the dust-exhaustion problems. They can allow
you to make the following operations:
Environment protection
Amelioration of the working conditions
Better output of the machine
Pneumatic temporised automatic shaking counter current of the
filtering cartridge.
Also it is equipped with of dust harvest container for the recycle
of the abrasive.
SENSOR FOR CLOGGED FILTER ( OPTIONAL )
The electro-pneumatic system indicates the level of clogging of
the filtering cartridge.
